Re:        Annual Plan Disclosure Notices

Our retirement plan contains certain provisions which require us to provide you with annual notices.  All notices relating to our plan are attached.  You may request to receive a paper version of any notice.

The Participant Fee Disclosure Notice provides you with information about the fees that are being charged for the investment options available in the plan and to your account for administrative services.

The Qualified Default Investment Alternative Notice informs you that if you do not provide investment instructions, your assets will be invested in the Plan’s default investment option.
