Project Details

This project involved new construction of a poured-in-place concrete wet well that housed three 87 HP pumps capable of pumping more than three million gallons of raw sewage per day. The overall depth of the structure is 35’ and has a width of 18’ square. All concrete for this project was formed, placed and finished by TLC Diversified’s in-house form carpenters and finishers. Included in this project was construction of a new emergency shelter building, climate-controlled generator/electrical building with restroom facilities, 300 kW diesel generator, 2000 gallon Convault fuel tank, 400’ of 27” gravity sewer main and associated manholes, 20” ductile iron discharge forcemain piping and valves, landscaping, asphalt driveway and parking area, all new electrical system and instrumentation.
