The equipment included solids contact tanks, secondary settling tanks, filter feed tanks, filter feed pumps, transfer pumps, bleach & citric acid feed pumps, vapor carbon vessels, filter feed tanks, metering pumps, backwash surge tanks, backwash pumps, filter presses, polymer system, sulfuric acid tank and pumps, sodium hypo tank and metering pumps, GAC vessels, GAC backwash pumps, effluent tanks, water softening system, cartridge filters and sodium bicarbonate metering pump and mixer. The plant was successfully started up by our team with the assistance and teamwork from AECOM personnel as well.
