Project involved installation of a 25’ x 20’ inside diameter poured-in-place wet well structure that was 25’ deep to finished floor. We installed this wet well by means of caisson (tremmie) method by forming and pouring the concrete in place, then sinking the structure by use of a crane. Included in this project was the supply and installation of four VFD driven submersible 50hp pumps along with associated base ells, guide rails, etc. The installation of a new masonry electrical building suspended on precast concrete pilings complete with HVAC and metal roof; 23’ x 8’ precast concrete valve vault; new 6’ diameter terminal manhole and 36” gravity sewer run; new biofilter odor control system; removal/relocation and install of a 300KW generator along with a new 3,000gl Convault fuel tank and associated fuel piping; new landscaping, driveway, decorative fence, sidewalk, concrete site slab and misc. site work and clean-up.
